Biography: Vittore Malatesta is a Count in name if not in design. He does not control lands or vast armies however the Church has granted him the title alongside that of Sanctus Inventorus or 'Sanctioned Inventor' which permits him to delve into invention and use sciences and methods that could otherwise be considered heretical as long as they benefit the Primarchal Demense. Not terribly religious Vittore still maintains close ties with several members of the church as he understands that in Demesne influence is tied to religion more so than nobility.
